Description

In this video, Professor Vanden Bergh will build from the basic Positive Political Theory model developed in the first video. He will show you how changing Institutional rules affects the so called Pivotal Politician. In this video the term Politician is used as a general term referring to lawmakers such as regulators, justices and/or elected officials.
